Besan Pancake (Chickpea Flour Pancake)

Ingredients
1 cup Besan Flour (Chickpea Flour)1/2 cup water2 Tbsp cilantro, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix the besan flour with water until you have a slightly runny batter. Stir in the cilantro. Drop a spoonful on a preheated non stick skillet. Flip to cook the second side.
Makes about 8 pancakes, serves 4.
