Black Bean & Corn Cold Salad

Ingredients
1 15 oz Can Black Beans, drained1 15 oz Can Kidney Beans, drained1 15 oz Can Corn, drained1/4 cup Green Peppers, chopped1/4 cup Red onions, chopped2 TBSP Balsamic Vineagr2 TBSP Olive oilCilantro or corriander Salt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Can make ahead of time or eat immediatley after making.

Recipe makes 5 Cups total.
10 servings - Serving Size 1/2 Cup.
