Vegan Carob Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 ounces carob chipsI cup turbinado sugar1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil1 teaspoon vanilla1/4 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients and form a well in the center, set aside.

Mix wet ingredients, add to well, and mix well.

Spoon on to cookie sheet, bake for five minutes. Flip, rotate in 180 degrees (or a half circle), bake another four minutes. Take them out when they're softer than you like, let them stand for two minutes, they will harden.
