Strawberry Chiffon Pie

l Box strawberry sugar free gelatin2 6 oz containers of fat free strawberry yogurt1 cup of strawberries cut in lengthwise halvesFrozen, ready to bake pie crust
Bake pie crust in 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until it just starts to brown. Remove and cool. While crust is baking, microwave 1 cup of water to almost boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let it cool a bit before stirring in yogurt. This mixture and be put in refrigerator for about 5 minutes to cool - it should just be starting to get thick. Whip with immersion blender to beat in air and get fluffy. Then gently stir in strawberry halves. Pile into pie shell and refrigerate at least an hour before slicing. Top with whipped topping if desired.
