It's easy to make and that's a plus, but didn't go over that well for dinner. Thanks, though! - 11/3/09

I made this for dinner yesterday and it was a hit! Served it on sun dried tomato taco shells and had also made lean hamburger w/taco seasoning. Served with light cheese. Family really enjoyed it. Great recipe for summer weather. - 7/21/09

Like the recipe overall, but next time I'll add some rice and homemade pico de gallo instead of the broccoli. - 9/14/09

I will try these with some modifications. Such as delete the brocoli, add tomatoes and avacado and some salsa. - 7/20/09

I was not impressed. Maybe it was the broccoli because everything else seemed like it should mesh together well. If I do make this again, I will leave out the broccoli. - 9/8/12

This was really flavorful and filling! I did substitute straight black beans for a three bean mix(pinto, black and red kidney), and organic guacamole chips served as the bed-I made it into a salad form instead. Delish! - 10/24/11

Great idea...this sparked an idea for me to use black beans in place of ground beef when wanting regular hard tacos. I may add the broccoli as recommended in this recipe for something a little different from traditional lettuce! Thanks! - 2/12/10
