Turkey and Veggie Skillet

Ingredients
- half of a red onion (sliced)- half of a green pepper (sliced)- 1 cup of mushrooms (sliced)- 1/2 pound of lean ground turkey- 1/2 cup to 1 cup of grated Parmesean cheese- 2 tsp of garlic salt- 1 tsp sea salt- 1 cup marinara or spaghetti sauce
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet and add sea salt.
2. Add red onion, green pepper, and onion to skillet and simmer over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Add garlic salt.
3. Add sauce to the skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and add cheese to taste.
