broiled brussel sprouts

Ingredients
1/2 lb. of fresh brussel sprouts1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1/4 teaspoon of Salt1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut the ends off the Brussel Sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
Plave all ingrediants in a ziploc bag and shake until evenly coated.

Place in oven for approx. 35 min.

Note: The brussel sprouts will turn dark brown to black this is the way you want them.

    I used garlic salt instead of salt and added a little cumin - and both my husband and I liked them alot!! - 9/30/09
