1.5 cup of brown rice2 cooked chichen breast no skin no bone shereded1/4 package frozen mixed vegetables4 tbl of ketchup2 tbl light soy sauce1/4 cup cilatro 1 onion1 tomato
Directions
cook rice acording to instructions on the box
saute garlic, onion and tomato add cilantro add ketchup soy sauce add shered chicken, and cooked veg stir and serve
