Leek Gratin

Ingredients
3 Leeks3 medium potatoes2 eggs 1 cup bread crumbs, ( 0.5 cup inside, 0.5 cup on top ) Parsley, 2 tbsp, choppedSalt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Boil leeks and potatoes in separate pans until they are soft.

Mash potatoes, process leeks.

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.

Oil a shallow baking dish, sprinkle some bread crumbs. Then put the mixture into the dish. Flatten with a spoon, and sprinkle with the rest of the bread crumbs.

Put it in 200C degree oven, until it becomes golden brown.

You can serve with meat.
