Turkey patties with tomato sauce (South Beach P1)

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground breast, 20 oz Egg- 1 largeOnions, raw, 1 medium- gratedsalt, pepper and garlic powder to tasteTomato Sauce, 1 cup Lime Juice, 1 lime yields Olive Oil, 2 tbsp chicken broth- 1 cup
Directions
Mix turkey, egg and onion with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Heat the oil in frying pan
Make 6-7 flat patties and brown in oil on both sides
Remove patties from pan
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth and juice from lime to pan
Bring to a simmer
Add patties back in with tomato mixture
Warm for 5 minutes and serve
