Ingredients
Chop 4 Chicken BreastsChop 1 OnionChop 2 tomatoesChop 1 Green PepperChop 1 Red PepperChop 1 Yellow PepperOrganoBlack PepperSaltCinnamonVinegarTomatoe PasteOlive Oil
Directions
Get a large pan, place 2 Table spoons of olive oil, mid heat it. Then add the chopped chicken breast, stir fry it until golden in color. Add onions and stir along until golden in color then add 2 spoons of Tomatoe paste and the chopped tomatoes and then around 0.5 chicken broothe.
Spice it up with the oregano, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. and cook for 15 mn. then add the green, red and yellow pepper and leave to simmer for 5 min. Then there goes a delicious dish to eat.
