Tiny Turkey Meatball Soup

Ingredients
Ground turkey--1 pound2 cups chicken broth, low sodium2 cups low-fat marinara (I like Francesco Rinaldi low-sodium)1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained4 cups fresh kale1/2 cup dry whole wheat elbow pastaparsleyitalian seasoning
Directions
6 servings

Place marinara, chicken broth, and chickpeas in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmering. While this is cooking, mix turkey, bread crumbs, and seasonings in a bowl. Form around 40 mini meatballs. Drop the meatballs and kale into the sauce/broth. Simmer until meat is cooked. Cook pasta in boiling water on the side and then drop that in too. That is it! Enjoy!
