2lbs skinless bonelss chicken breast cut into cubes3/4 t of salt1/2 t pepper2T oil1/2 c onion 1/2 cup green pepper1 garlic clove2t curry powder1C (28 oz) tomatoes and their juice2T chopped parsely

1. Season chickebn with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat, cook chicken until opaque. Remove chicken with slotted spoon.
2. Add onion, pepper, garlic and curry poweder, cook until vegetables are tender, return chidck and add reminaing incredients, cook 45 minutes.
