Fattoush Salad

Ingredients
1/2 head of romaine1/2 bundle of parsley1 tomato1/2 cucumber1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegarsalt to taste
Directions
1. Cut the romaine lettuce into small parts and finely cut the parsley. Combine
2. Dice the tomato and cucumber into the same size, add to romaine/parsley mix.
3. Put the garlic (add some salt) into a small bowl and crush. Add the garlic and red wine vinegar and mix well.
4. Add to salad and mix well.
5. You can also add a pita bread for some crunch. Place the pita bread in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, then crumble over salad.
Makes approximately 5 1 cup servings.
