Salmon W/ Apricot - Orange Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb of fresh Salmon8 Tbl of Smuckers Suar-Free Apricot Jam3/4 c of Orange Jiuce
Directions
Preheat your George Foreman Grill. Place your Salmon on the grill skin side up. While the Salmon is cooking take your jam and OJ and place in a jar with a lid. Shake well and cook in microwave for 1 mn. After Salmon has cooked for about 20 minutes, remove the skin and slowly pour your sauce over the meat (save some sauce for the table). Replace the grill lid and cook another 5-10 mn. Serves 4
