Spinach Cottage Cheese Crunch

Ingredients
1 cup of water4 cups of fresh spinach2 lemon wedges1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese1 Tbsp of B Lloyds glazed pecans and almonds
Directions
Heat spinach on stovetop in 1 cup of water on medium heat. Add freshly squeezed lemon as spinach starts to wilt (approx 5 minutes). Remove from heat. Transfer to serving dish, draining juice and water, Add cottage cheese. Stir. Top with glazed nuts. Enjoy!!!
