Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
4 c chopped cabbage1 large can dices tomatoes1 lb ground beef, extra lean - browned1 cup chopped onion1 tbsp beef boullion (paste type)5-6 cups water1/4 c sugar3 tbsp vinegar3/4c rice
Directions
Mix all ingredients and simmer at least 1 hr. Makes 12 servings. Better next day reheated.
