French Potato Salad

Ingredients
* Red Potato, 680.4 grams * Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large * Green Beans (snap), 2 cup * Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp * Olive Oil, .33 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
Directions
Boil potatoes 20 minutes until tender
let potatoes cool
cut potatoes into bite sized pieces
slice celery into bite sized pieces
wash beans
cut end off of beans
cut beans into 1" slices
blanch beans
when all ingredients are cool mix

Makes 5 servings
1 cup each serving
