Soda Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 cup sugar1 1/2 cups lowfat buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Split in half and form in the shape of a loose ball. Place on a prepared baking sheet or lined with parchment paper. Cook for approx 30 - 45 minutes or until the center sounds hollow.
