Meatloaf Burger

Ingredients
1 Pound Ground Turkey1/4 C Instant Oatmeal1/4 C Fresh Spinach, chopped1/4 C Onion, chopped1 Large Egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients and create four patties. (There is an option to add 2 TBP of shredded cheese which of course adds calories and fat.)

Grill 'em up and enjoy with some fresh veggies!
