creamy spinach chicken enchiladas

Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Low fat cream cheese, 78.81 grams* (up to 3-oz)Green Chiles (chopped), 5 oz mission "Life Balance" whole wheat tortillas, medium, 6Sour cream, light, 100 grams Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1/2 cup green enchilada sauce, 10 oz can
cook chicken as desired, then chop into small pieces. Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly. In medium bowl, mix together chicken, spinach, chiles, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each tortilla and roll up. Pour 1/3 can enchilada sauce in botton of 13"x9" casserole dish and place enchiladas seam side down in dish. Top with remaining sauce and bake covered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.(* I only had this much cream cheese on hand, but wanted 3 oz)
