* Hard Boiled Egg, 13 large * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.5 cup * *Egg white, 2 serving * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * Annie's Naturals Organic Horseradish Mustard, 1 tsp, 3 serving * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp * Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp * *Onion powder, 2 tbsp * Pork and Beef Sausage, 3lbs
hard boil 13 eggs. reserve 1 cup of bread crumbs. mix all seasonings and meat together. shell eggs. Wrap eggs in meat mixture. coat "meatballs" in remaining breadcrumbs. bake at 350 for 45minutes. Cut in half and serve.
