Black Sticky Rice Pudding

Ingredients
* TJ's Light Coconut Milk, 1.6 cup (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Black Rice, glutinous, 8 cup steamed * Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) (to cut calories even more use stevia)
Directions
Soak Black rice over night in water and rinse until water runs clear. Then Steam rice for 25 mins.
While the rice is steaming, combine coconut milk sugar and salt in a sauce pan and heat until sugar is melted.
Pour coconut sauce over the rice and serve.
