Ingredients
1 low carb tortilla1 omega 3 fortified egg1 boca breakfast pattie or link2 Tbs chopped onion1/8 cup shredded cheese1 Tbs salsa
Directions
Satue onion and breakfast pattie until the onion is tender.
Add egg that has been whipped until fluffly with a fork
Cook until egg is set
Place egg mixture on the tortilla and top with cheese and salsa
