1-1/2 cups Low Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers, Crushed3-1/2 Tbsp Splenda4-1/2 Tbsp Country Crock Light, melted2-1/2 Pkgs Fat Free Cream Cheese2-1/2 Pkgs Neufchatel Cheese1/2 Splenda1/2 Sugar3 Tbsp Flour, white1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 Cup Egg Substitute
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit. Mix crushed crackers, 3 Tbsp splenda, and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, rest of splenda, flour, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 2 oz at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
