Apple Sauce (or Stewed Apples) in Crockpot

Ingredients
2kg of apples - weighed after coring and cut into 8th's or sliced (peels can be let on)250g raw/granulated sugarcinnamon - 1 tablespoon750ml (2 cups) of water
Directions
Most of the prep time is coring and cutting up the apples. Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook for 10 hours on low (overnight for a delicious smelling house when you get up the next morning)

For stewed apples, simply stir thoroughly.
For apple sauce, run a 'stick blender' through it for 30 seconds, or until it reaches the consistency you prefer.

Makes 22 x 100 gram servings of stewed apples, or 88 x 25 gram servings of apple sauce :-)
