Turkey & Spinach Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb 99% lean, ground turkey6 oz Ronzoni Rotini pasta (2 C. measured dry)4 oz. diced or sliced, roasted red peppers1 C. spinach (frozen)1 10-3/4 oz can low fat cream of mushroom soup1 6 oz can tomato paste3 C. water1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. onion powder
Directions
Spray 10" skillet with olive oil spray.
Brown, the ground turkey seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Break up the turkey as it cooks.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and water together with a whisk. Pour soup mixture into skillet and add tomato paste; stir to incorporate. Add rotini and spinach and bring mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir to fluff.
