Ingredients
500g cooked Pasta 200g lean ground beef2 cups chopped green beans (chop into approx 5mm size)3 Cloves garlic0.5 tablespoon black pepper or to taste.5 cup sliced red peeper 2 cups cherry tomatoes1 teaspoon olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
Chop green beans, slice red pepper and crush garlic cloves. Add olive oil into saucepan and heat for one minute. Add garlic, red pepper and black pepper into saucepan and immediately add lean ground beef and green beans into non-stick sauce pan. Cover pan and cook at low heat for 5 minutes, ensuring that food does not stick onto saucepan base. add cherry tomatoes and simmer for a further 5 minutes, stirring occassionaly. you may add two tablespoons of water at this stage to ensure that food does not stick onto saucepan. Add cooked pasta and leave to simmer for a further 5 minutes, stirring occassionaly. Season with salt to taste and serve with crispy lettuce leaves with sliced cucumber and raw tomatoes.
