Broccoli and mushroom quiche

Ingredients
*Egg white, 6 serving (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 3.5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)*Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute the mushrooms, onion, and broccoli in the melted margarine until tender - about 15 minutes. I add the salt and garlic to them while cooking.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a large bowl, then add the egg and milk and stir until smooth. Add the cheese, and broccoli mixture. Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife in center comes out clean.
