Peach Pudding Cake

1 1/2 cups chopped Peaches, 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour,1/4 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour1/3 cup Brown Sugar2 Egg whites or equivalent egg replacer1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray 9" pan.
Combine both flours, sugar and baking powder.
Mix well, add egg replacer and vanilla. Stir in peaches.
Spoon into pan and bake 30-35 mins. Serve warm.
I used canned lite peaches. Tasty and light in calories!
