Emily's Favorite Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 15 oz Lipton, Carb Options Onion Recipe Mix, 2 TbspEgg, fresh, 1 extra large Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1/3 CupPepper, black, .1/4 tsp
Directions
In a bowl, mix salmon, onion mix , egg, bread crumbs & black pepper. Shape into four patties.

Coat large skillet lightly with cooking spray and warm to medium heat. cook each patty approximately 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Serve with lemon or lime wedges
