Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
3 pound whole chicken4 cups cooked rice2 cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup4 ounces Low Fat Velveeta Cheese3 teaspoons chicken bouillonWater
Directions
Pressure cooking chicken will take about 20 mins. Stewing chicken will take longer.

Cook chicken. Skin and remove chicken meat from the bone. Chop ichicken into bite size pieces.

Melt Velvetta cheese in mushroom soup.

Mix cheese/soup mixture, chicken and rice.

Mix bouillon with water and add to rice mixture if more liquid is needed.

Heat and eat.
