Fajita Chicken Filling

Ingredients
4lbs Chicken Teders cut in half again.(I used Meijer frozen 4 lb bag. which stated 15 - 3 piece servings. When cut in half again this doubles the servings. Use 3 cooked strips per tortilla)3 Packets of Kroger Fajita Mix .75 Cups water1 tbs oil to brown the chicken in.(Directions on the Mix call for 1 tbs per packet. I only used one for all three.)
Directions
Prepare according to Fajita Mix directions.

(Brown chicken strips in oil. Add mix and water, stir, cook another 5 minutes serve)

I cooked these up the morning of our potluck. After they were done cooking per packet instructions, I poured the meat and sauce from the skillet into a crock pot. I kept them on warm until lunch and they were melt in your mouth delicious.
