1 cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries1/2 cup of non-fat milksugar free sweetener to taste
Directions
Blend in blender on highest speed until most of berries are smashed and mixture is thick. Pour in bowl and enjoy!

    I make this with 1/3 cup non-fat Greek Yogurt instead of milk. It makes it creamier and has more protein. It's soft serve I think the calorie count on this recipe is wrong. 1/2 cup of non fat milk should only be about 45 calories not 86 as listed and 77 for strawberries S/B about 122 calories. - 7/13/13
