Triple Berry/Cabernet Sorbet

3 cups frozen Kirkland triple berry mix2 cups Cabernet or Merlot1/2 c Splenda or Sucralose
Place all ingredients in a blender and put it on high. Blend throughly until all the berries have been pureed. Place mixture in your ice cream freeze and follow manufactures instructions for processing. After your machine is done, put sorbet in an air tight container and freeze at least 1 hour. This makes 8 generous servings or up to 12 smaller servings. Garnish with a sprig of mint for a beautiful summer dessert.

Excellent! I made mine with stelvia instead of sugar to a total of less than 500 cals for the whole recepie. It is wonderful alone and also over fresh fruit (strawberries for example). I wonder what will be good with white wine...peaches? Thank you! - 6/21/09

Stevia is an option to the Splenda, but I have found that the taste is better with the Splenda. I am glad you enjoyed the recipe. Yes you can do this with other fruits, apricot/peach w/a sparkling white or a dry chardonnay is yummy too. Just keep to the proportions of fruit/sweetner/and wine.
