Rub sirloin roast with garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, cumin, celery salt, salt. Roast in open dish until 165 degrees. Slice when done. Set aside.Melt butter, oil in saute pan; add brown sugar, lime and orange juice. When bubbly, add pork slices, turn to coat and let brown a bit.
