Pork and Green Chile Enchiladas (slow cooker)

1 pound pork tenderloinI large can of green chile sauce (medium)10-12 corn tortillascheese (optional)
Place 1 lb pork tenderloin into a crock pot. Pour one large can of green chile sauce over meat. Set crock pot on low and let cook for 8 hours.
After 8 hours use two forks and shred pork in the crock pot.
Using cooking spray, spray 13x9 baking dish. Using a slotted spoon, spoon pork into corn tortillas. Roll tortillas placing them in baking dish seam side down. Creating two rows of 5-6. If you want to create more of a wet enchilada use the remaining sauce to pour over enchiladas.
This dish makes 10-12 enchiladas, but I typically have meat left over.
