Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
4 or 6 oz salmon filet1/2 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce1/2 Tbsp dry white wine1/2 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp gingerdash of hot pepper sauce5 green onions, slicednon fat cooking spray
Directions
1. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add salmon to pan.
2. Cook salmon for 4 minutes on each side.
3. Remove salmon from pan and keep warm
4. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl
5. Reduce heat to low. Add sauce to skillet and saute for 1 minute.
6. Return salmon to pan and cook until heated through.
Makes 1 serving.
