Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit * *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped * Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped * Green Beans (snap), .5 cup * Red Potato, 113 grams * Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee chicken and onions in olive oil over medium high heat. Add remaining vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Cook until chicken begins to brown and vegetables are soft. Do not overcook. Zap small red potatoes in the microwave until soft. Butter and enjoy
