Eggs & Salsa

Ingredients
1 whole egg (large)2 egg whites2 T. onion2 T. salsadash of salt
Directions
Saute onion. While onion is cooking, whip up egg and egg whites together with a dash of salt. Once onion is slightly translucent, add egg and scramble. Serve hot. Top with salsa.
