Ingredients
15 Jumbo Shrimp1 tbspn olive oil2 tbspn sofrito1 can no-salt added tomato sauce, plus equivalent amount of water2 tspns non pareil capersBadia Sazon (available in ethnic foods aisle)Peel and devein shrimp
Directions
Heat olive oil in large saute pan. Add sofrito, capers and sazon. Saute for 5 minutes, add tomato sauce and water, cook for additional five minutes. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 more minutes. serve with rice or mofongo
