baked macaroni/cheese

Ingredients
cook 2 cups elbow macaroni in boiling water, salted.1/4 cup chopped fine onion1 cup mozerella cheese1 cup sharp cheddar cheese2 cups 22% milk.
Directions
cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water, drain and rinse with cold water.
In large measuring cup, add 2 cups milk, and cheeses. heat in micro wave until melted about 4 min.
spray cassarole dish with pam.
preheat oven to 350
put 1/2 cooked macaroni in dish
top with chopped onion.
repeate with rest of macaroni
pour milk/cheese mix over the top of macaroni.
bake covered with foil 1 hour,
then uncover and bake additional 30 min till bubbly.
