Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients
1 plain bagel4 slices of deli ham2 slices low fat swiss cheeseCountry Crock margarine (you can use low fat butter or butter subsitute.)
Directions
Makes 2 half bagel servings

Preheat oven to 350

Slice the bagel in half (or just buy pre-sliced ones) and lay them on a cookie sheet

Butter each slice lightly, just enough to cover the surface

Add 2 slices of deli ham to heach half

Add 1 slice of swiss cheese to each half

Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes uncovered

Eat and enjoy!

    For the time crunched, make this in the toaster oven. Top brown highest setting at least once (open faced) and for the toasted cheese lovers, twice on high, making sure the cheese is on top. Yummy in less than half the time! Can be made with other meats and toppings. Great idea! - 10/21/09
