Spelt, Grain, 2/3 cupFrench lentils, 2/3 cupRed Quinoa, 2/3 cup Amaranth Grain, 1/4 cupWater, tap, 5 cup Carrots, raw, 4 small choppedCelery, raw, 3 stalk, medium choppedCoconut butter, 1 tbsp (can sub ghee, butter, or other fat)Swiss Chard, 4 cup, chopped 2 teaspoon ground coriander (or crushed whole)2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)1 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger1 teaspoon whole fennel seed
Bring water to boil. Add all ingred except chard. Cook at high pressure in pressure cooker 10 min. Allow natural release for 5 min. Stir in chard, cook 1-2 min. Can garnish with fresh avocado.
