Ingredients
4-5 cups apples, peeled and sliced1/4 cup sugar2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup flour1 cup oats1 cup brown sugar1 cup flour1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix apples, sugar, 1/4 cup flour and cinnamon. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour in a bowl and pour melted butter over, stir until combined. Spread oat mixture over apples and bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

    I made this quick and easy cobbler. It has a great rich flavor. I really enjoyed it. Its nice with a dollop of vanilla frozen yogurt or lowfat vanilla ice cream. - 6/20/09
