Beef Stew, Indian style

Ingredients
1 lb. beef stew meat2 onions, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped4 medium potatoes, rinsed and chopped1/4 cup canola oil1/4 box Shan Meat Masala Mixwater
Directions
Pour oil into pressure cooker and heat. Add onions and tomatoes to brown. Add meat, potatoes, water, and seasoning to cooker and cook until meat is tender. Serve on top of Basmati rice.

Makes 8 servings, depending on how much rice and gravy you use.
