quick and easy caribbean fish dish

Ingredients
the big warehouse clubs have the one pound cans of crabmeat.onionsred and green peppersextra virgin olive oilbread crumbsspicy jerk or caribbean seasoning
Directions
4 servings
heat olive oil in pan(also use spray to coat pan)
Stir in onions then peppers
add can of crabmeat and bread crumbs
In separate pan cooked with non-stick spray,
pan fry tilipia 3 minutes each side. Dust with seasoning.
Serve tilipia on top of crab mixture.
Side dish: brown rice, salad
