Paprikash Sauce

Ingredients
Nonstick spray 1 medium onion, sliced & separated into rings2 tsp. paprika1 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt2 TBSP flour1 TBSP tomato paste2 TBSP snipped fresh parsley
Directions
Spray skillet with nonstick spray , heat & add onion rings. Carefully stir in paprika, bouillon granules, 3/4 c. water, and 1/8 tsp of pepper (optional). Combine yogurt, flour & tomato paste; stir into skillet. Cook & stir til thick & bubbly. Cook & stir 1 minute more.
(Toss parsley on hot cooked noodles, top with turkey pieces, spoon sauce over top.)
