Feta Turkey Patties

Ingredients
About 0.5kg ground turkey4 cloves garlic (minced)1 tbsp frozen parsley150g feta cheese
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, crumbling the feta cheese into the ground meat.

Split the mixture in half, in half again, and again in halves, and roll the pieces into rough balls.

Put into frying pan, flatten the balls into patties, cook until done.

Serving size is per patty provided you split it into 8 as per the above.
