Ingredients
1/2 large ripe banana (or other fruit of your choice)1 scoop (1/3 cup) Soy Protein (like nature's Plus Spiru-Tein1/2 TBSP flaxseed oil1/4 cup frozen blueberries1/2 TBSP apple juice concentrate or honey1 teas psyllium seed husks8 oz water
Directions
Peel banana; break into chunks. Combine all ingredients in a blende. Optional: add a few ice cubes, as well as powdered vitamins. Cover; blend until fairly smooth.
